2. Original SSC 10th / HSC 12th and Higher Education Certificate.
3. Transfer / School Leaving Certificate in Original OR Bonafied Certificate from College / School.
4. Caste Certificate (Only for Category Candidates)
5. UIDAI Aadhar Card
6. 15 Piece Passport Size Photograph.
7. NCC / Sports / Relation Certificate (IF Required)
8. Affidavit as per Format (For Download Login to Dashboard and Tab Affidavit)
